Fees & Insurance

As of January 2025, the rate for psychology services will be increasing to $250/ hour. This rate is in line with standards set out by the Ontario Psychology Association. Psychotherapy sessions are booked as one hour. Assessment sessions may be booked for longer blocks of time, depending on the nature of the assessment and the age of the child.

 

As of January 2025, fees may be paid by e-transfer or credit card. Credit card payment entails an added credit card processing fee.

Clients are asked to cancel their appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

 

Psychology services are covered by most private insurance plans. Clients are provided with a receipt for services which they may submit to their insurer.
